A Web3 book community that rewards reading with NFTs.
Readora is a decentralised social platform for book lovers that turns reading engagement into blockchain-verified rewards. It is built around a three-way exchange: readers earn NFTs for showing up, brands reach an audience that is demonstrably engaged, and the community grows because participation is worth something. Readers get a dashboard with their reading statistics, streak tracking and NFT collection, and earn badges at 7, 30, 90 and 365-day milestones. Brands use a campaign wizard to launch digital or phygital NFT campaigns with their own eligibility rules, moving through draft, approval, pre-minting, activation and completion. Phygital campaigns issue NFTs that unlock physical merchandise. Admins review and approve pending campaigns from their own dashboard. The frontend is React 19 on Vite, the backend Node and Express on MongoDB, and the contracts are ERC-721 Solidity deployed to the U2U Nebulas Testnet. Firebase handles authentication, Cloudinary stores images, and Ethers.js connects the two halves. Batch minting keeps gas down, and campaign funds sit in an escrow wallet until a campaign completes. The repository is named bookOholicks-final, which is what the project was called before it became Readora.
